Mr. Julito Oyan Tabalba, the Managing Partner, has 33 years of experience in accounting and consulting profession which includes 18 years of work with SGV & Co. (SGV), the largest and the most prestigious accounting firm in the Philippines and a practice member of Ernst & Young Global. For nine (9) years, he was SGV's representative in its joint venture with the TKC Corporation, the largest data processing company in Japan and one of the largest in the World. In Japan, Mr. Tabalba was also, in a concurrent capacity, the Manager of the International Division of TKC Corporation. His experience includes assisting foreign investors in registering and establishing their operations in the Philippines and in other countries such as USA, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand and Malaysia and in providing computerized accounting services, auditing and consulting services to foreign and domestic companies operating in the Philippines.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Registered Tax Practitioner. He holds a Master of Buisiness Administration degree from De La Salle University (Manila, Philippines) and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Accounting from Liceo de Cagayan University(Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines). He also holds diplomas in Japanese language courses from JETRO School of Business Japanese (Tokyo, Japan).
